The stages of order processing

The most important for us is to provide the highest quality products ideally suited to the technical needs and expectations of our customers. We implement even the most complex projects based on the designs provided by clients and in close cooperation with them.

The stages of order processing for standard products

  • Sending an inquiry by the Customer to the Offering and Purchase department.
  • Clarification of details on our part in case of lack of them in the inquiry.
  • Sending a commercial offer to the Customer.
  • Placing an order by the customer.
  • Receipt by the Customer of the confirmation of the order to be implemented, along with the indication of the coordinating person.
  • Sending information from the coordinator about the order completion date.
  • Setting the date of receipt/delivery of the ordered products.

The stages of order processing for custom products

  • Sending the inquiry by the client.
  • Project analysis by our design and technology department.
  • Sending a commercial offer to the Customer.
  • Placing an order by the customer.
  • Receipt by the Customer of the confirmation of the order to be implemented, along with the indication of the coordinating person.
  • Sending information from the coordinator about the order completion date.
  • Setting the date of receipt/delivery of the ordered products.
